David was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and neighbors. He loved gardening and was known in his neighborhood for his beautifully manicured lawn and his many roses which always seemed to be in bloom. He enjoyed listening to music and whistling while he worked. He always had time to help a person in need. David was preceded in his death by his parents, Guadalupe Guerrero and Rosendo Torres, also his brother Daniel Torres.
Survived by his wife Mary Torres, son David Torres Jr. and daughter Maritza DeLeon. His grandchildren are Alexis DeLeon, Angelina DeLeon, Isabel Torres, and Daniel Torres. He also has one brother Fernando Torres.
