Esther Rios Perez was born on January 6, 1953 to her father Domingo Rios and mother Erminia Rios Rodriguez in Littlefield, Texas. She passed away at the age of 68 in Dallas, Texas on October 5, 2021. Esther is proceeded in death by her husband Hector B. Perez, her parents, and her brothers Arthur Rios, Domingo Rios Jr and Marcelino Rios.

Esther is survived by her children Hector Perez Jr and his wife Rita Mauricio and Amy and husband Dennis Connor Jr. and her grandchildren Hector Perez III, Isaiah Jeremiah Perez, Jonah Alexander Perez, Amaya Cali Connor, Avah Mahyim Israel, Moses Elias Israel, Noah Ca'ar Israel. She is survived by her siblings, twin sister Elsie Borjas, Estella Rivera, Daniel Rios and Lupe Rios.
