Gustavo M. Carrillo was born on January 14 1957, to his father Jose Pedro Carrillo and mother Juanita Carrillo Martinez in San Antonio, Texas. He passed away at the age on 64 in Dallas, Texas on October 7, 2021 and is proceeded in death by his father.

Gustavo is survived by his wife of 40 years Blanca Esther Carrillo and their children Gustavo Carrillo Jr, Erika Carrillo, Jose Carrillo, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
