Horacio is proceeded in death by his grandmothers Emelia Pozos and Maria Evaresita Fernandez Mendez. Horacio is survived by his parents Leon and Olivia Moreno. His grandfather Franco J. Martinez. His children Lania Nicole Moreno, Analysa Zoe Moreno and Joel Oracio Moreno. His sisters and brother in laws Sonia and Juan Gonzalez, Ruth and Juan Berber, and Diana and Gerald Hawley. His dear friend Crystal Medrano and her daughters. His nieces, nephews and many many more family and friends. Horacio will be greatly missed. His family will receive friends at 9:00am until 12:00pm on Thursday April 29, 2021.
