Julio Arthur Joseph Alvarez was born in Dallas, Texas to his mother Mary F. Leyva and his father Arturo Serna on November 15, 1982. He passed away at the age of 38 on September 27, 2021. He is proceeded in death by his father.
Julio is survived by his mother Mary and stepfather Martin Leyva. Julio also survived by his children Asha Alvarez and Elijah Alvarez and siblings Frank Alvarez, Monica Mendez, Martin Leyva, Alex Leyva, Miguel Leyva, and Nelda Serna.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 5th from 1:00PM to 8:00PM and Liturgy of the Word will be at 6:30PM.
