William (Bill) Loyd McCool left us on Thursday January 20th, 2022. Bill was born on September 30, 1959 in Athens, Texas. Bill went to bed talking of wearing his cowboy boots and peacefully left us to continue his greatest adventure.

Bill is survived by his husband Kevin of 42 years, Mother and Father, Gayle and Loyd McCool of Athens, Brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Sandy McCool of Grapevine, Sister and brother-in-law, Cyndi and Tom Cremeans of Athens and Brother Sonny McCool of Athens. 5 nieces, 2 nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews.

Bill spent his entire life emersed in the study, and sale of antiques which he gained his love for from his Great Aunt Irene Gunn.

He built life long friendships and relationships with many people in the art and antique community in the DFW metroplex where he owned and operated antique malls.

Bill never met a stranger or a person he did not consider a friend and would help anyone who was struggling.

Memorial services will take place at future dates and will be communicate to those friends.
